This will most likely be due to packs being available on all platforms for that specific account - PC, Xbox and PlayStation.

For the duplicate items in SI packs, this is not a bug, this is intended, as players will be able to complete the full set again later in the year, when the postponed SI event continues with more packs.

Also to note, if you have more than one platform that you play Siege on such as Xbox, PlayStation and PC and they are connected to the same Ubisoft Account and Twitch account you will earn packs and drops on each of those platforms too.
