This particular issue has been resolved already and players are able to purchase their content without any issues, so give it another go and see whether problem remains.

Please do note that if you've attempted to purchase it through in-game store then alternatively, you can also consider buying it through our web-store or Ubisoft Connect launcher (Store tab). Additionally, consider possibly changing your payment method/card as well since that may be the reason you had the issue in the first place.

I believe this issue may have been resolved for you after checking your account. Sometimes if a few transactions are made in short space of time, this can put a lock on your account in case of suspicious/fraudulent payment attempts were taking place.

We have also made it so now if a player had 2FA enabled on their account, they must use this when making a purchase from our store.
