Hello! I'm very sorry to hear you recently received a sanction due to a disconnection.

If abandonment sanctions persist then they could lead to an extended duration, yes. This game currently does not understand whether a disconnection is intentional (an intentional disconnection may be used to avoid a loss) and so a penalty is given.

At this stage it's difficult to understand what happened -

- Were you playing with friends at the time and if so, did they also disconnection?
- Did you lag heavily before the disconnection?

Thank you for the image, I'm sorry to hear you're having further issues

We are aware of there being an issue where players are warned of leaving an ongoing match when they try to quit the queue, but so far this has been more related to Ranked

What was the outcome of this? Were you able to reconnect? Or did you receive any errors or further sanctions?

I was reconnecting pretty much forever. After 15 minutes of trying to reconnect i tried restarting the game and nothing happened, no warnings anymore. but i still got a lost match in my lose/win ratio. strangely enough i didn't get suspended for 30 minutes for whatever reason.
