It seems the Y5S3.3 update that occurred yesterday has removed my local save data which I believe is preventing my Xbox from launching the game. When I launch, it shows the title screen that say 'Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege' and crashes to the home screen before the initial animations happen. I've tried everything on my Xbox's end (resets, power cycled, uninstalling and reinstalling the game) so I am assuming it has something to do with the latest patch. The only error code I receive is 0x800708ca, which when searched on Google, refers to an issue with the Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller which I don't own. Also, this error doesn't always show up.

Hey there,

Sorry to hear that this is happening.

Thank you also for already trying some troubleshooting steps.

Would it be possible at all to try the steps in this support article also?

It may also be useful to see a video of what is happening if that is at all possible?

Many thanks in advance!
