[2020] Unable to find any newcomer matches

Hi,

I'm playing on PS4 and even if I wait 20 minutes, it fails to find me a newcomer match. I can however connect to casual matches within 3 minutes or so, which means it is clearly not an issue with my internet. I've tried this multiple times over a few days with no luck. I even tried switching from my lan internet to mobile wifi.

Can anyone help?

In this case I would advise you to open a case so you can send us your port forwarding as a screenshot. This may help us identify the cause
