Hey Light_the_guy, thanks for reaching out and welcome to forums!

If you have a physical copy of the game for one region and your PlayStation account is for another one - you will be able to install and play the game however when it comes down to purchasing any additional content through digital PlayStation store, due to region for your PlayStation account being different, you will not be able to receive your purchased content, I'm afraid.

In terms of your in-game content such as renown or content you receive from the disc version of the game - you should still be able to access it.
