After the huge outage yesterday and the intermittent issues this morning, I have been unable to play on my account. I can purchase stuff in the store and play training grounds lone wolf, but I cannot matchmake in multiplayer. I have logged into a friends account on my xbox and using my copy of the game, and there are no issues whatsoever matchmaking. Because of this I can be 100% positive that for whatever reason my account is not letting me play. I am nearly level 180, I've been playing since the open beta in 2015, and my reputation is "reputable." I've seen some other people mention this same issue on downdector in the comment section. What is going on and how can I play on my beloved account??

Howdy @RabidVizsla24, and warmest greetings to the forum! I wanted to check if you are still running into any trouble with accessing Rainbow Six Siege on your console at this time. If so, please keep us posted here on what you are seeing when trying to matchmake; if any errors appear when trying to do so.

@PuLse-Havoc Sorry to hear that you also experienced this issue! While we aren't able to remove temporary sanctions placed on accounts, I can suggest going through the steps in this guide and also this one if this happens again in the future. Apologies again for the inconvenience caused!
