i got into a ranked match and the game crashed on me, but i my teammates canceled the match so i got banned

Regretfully, we are unable to lift temporary suspensions, I'm afraid. However, as you mentioned that your game crashed, can you please perform all of the troubleshooting steps listed in this article? This will help you to eliminate any potential software conflicts that can cause crashes in the future.

Hello everyone, sorry to hear you received a ban after the game crashed for you.
 
We are unable to lift any temporary abandon sanctions from disconnections as we do not have the ability to do so, this is solely managed by the game and sanctions will become longer, for the number of times a game has been abandoned or disconnected from.
 
If you received a certain error code when you disconnected, can you please check our known error codes article to see what may have caused your disconnection, here > https://ubi.li/85k9w

As we have seen a surge of reports from players after the update, this is under investigation by our devs and QA team.
