[2023] Game dropping fames each round

Each time I load into the beginning of game I have no problems with my framerate , but when the next round starts my frames start to drop, the framerate starts off high and rapidly goes down by -100 frames each round.
When I restart my game the same thing happens. I tried everything, but nothing seems to work. I hope someone that works at Ubisoft can see this message and reply, it would be truly helpful.
