Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Uplay overlay.

The very first thing I would advise is to try the steps in this article

Failing this I would also try the steps in this support article which will configure your network to allow Uplay to update as it should

Would it also be possible to attach us a link to a screenshot showing what you receive at the end of a match?
