Hey there, sorry to hear about this. I'd like to have you try giving these browser troubleshooting steps a try when trying to access 2SV. Let me know if they're helpful in getting things running properly.

At the moment we are aware of a few players being unable to activate 2FA on their account in order to play rank. We are investigating this now and will update you when we know it has been resolved, thank you for your patience!
