as title states.

I got 4 packs, opened up siege, but only had 2, hibanas outfit and gridlocks head gear, im positive i watched more than enough for the charm too. but my drops say ive got 4 packs, but as stated, only had 2
can attach photo of the 4 it claims i got unsure how i can prove that i only have just those 2 iems (hibanas outfit and gridlocks headgear) without a video of me scrolling through everything for you to know im not lying, haha

Hey, OrgansInOrbit!

I have looked over your account and can see that you did receive 4 packs onto your account and you have only opened 2 in which you got the Gridlock and Hibana content.

Can you provide an image of your packs in-game please? In regard to your charms, did you receive a notification on Twitch that you earned them?

Thanks for the update OrgansInOrbit, happy to see you were able to get the packs in the end. We have now been told that any players that were eligible for packs or drops should have received them by now after an initial delay in the content being delivered to players accounts.

Hello OrgansInOrbit, yes that is correct, we reached out to the Siege team for confirmation of this. More items from the packs will be available later on in the year after the Six Invitational event is rescheduled.
