You get banned for 60 minutes if you cancel searching for a match.
Happened 2 times now.
The game claims i were in a match both times, but no match were even found in the first place.
After 5-10 minutes of scanning for a match, you have to cancel.
Now you get banned because of slow matchmaking.
Note that this only happened in current Road to SI event. Haven't played any other mode last week.
Hey @V3ntilator, were you queued along with a group or solo queued when running into this issue in matchmaking? Also, did you have any messages of any ongoing matches after canceling both times this occurred?
@musclednaruto Greetings. Ubisoft Support is unable to remove temporary sanctions. Did you receive a message of any kind before the ban was issued?
