I tried to change my ubisoft email adress to something else but it requires to login into that email adress which I don't have access to.

Whenever I try to access to that email adress it asks me questions but I can't answer any of that since the email adress is at least 10 years old and I don't remember the answers of the questions (who's your favorite teacher in middlescool etc.).

I tried to reach out ubisoft support on twitter but since I've never used twitter before I'm not even sure if they can see my tweet and the live chat support is currently unavailable for some reason

They will get back to you as soon as possible but it's not possible for us to give any assurances as to when I'm afraid. If you have sent a DM to Ubisoft Support we will have visibility of it.
