[2021] [Ubisoft Account]I can't activate my 2-step verification because I don't have access to my old email

Whenever I try to access to that email adress it asks me questions but I can't answer any of that since the email adress is at least 10 years old and I don't remember the answers of the questions (who's your favorite teacher in middlescool etc.).

I tryed to reach out ubisoft support on twitter but since I've never used twitter before I'm not even sure if they can see my tweet and the live chat support is currently unavailable for some reason
