I've had a look at your account and can see that you have managed to activate it today and therefore should be able to connect to ranked without any further issues however if you do continue to be facing any restrictions on this particular account, send us through screenshot showing the issue and we will have a look!

If you have activated 2 step verification and you're still being prompted to activate this is almost always because 2 step verification has been activated on a different account than the one you're playing Siege on. If you're having difficulty locating the account you're playing Siege on we can assist you with account recovery if you open a support case.

You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. Thanks!
