I have a problem related to cloud storage that every time I stop playing, a message appears that cloud storage cannot be completed and after that the account logs out and I have to log in, this happens every time after playing and closes the game

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with Ubisoft Connect.

Can I just check what troubleshooting steps you have already tried?
