For the past 2 weeks I am only able to play one proper unranked game of RS6. after my first the next game always becomes laggy with a lot of packet loss, hit rejections and then disconnects me out of the match. I cannot rejoin the match as I keep getting the following error code: 4-0xFFF0BE25. Now I have a 48 hours ban can you please fix this issue asap I just bought this game and currently its in unplayable. I tried using the guide to troubleshoot given in the articles. I have NAT type 2 wifi.

I'm sorry you've been running into these lagging issues and disconnects for so long. I'm not able to remove or alter the ban but this is something we're investigating, and I'd like to collect a bit more information from you to help with the investigation.

  • Are you seeing any error codes or is 4-0xFFF0BE25 the only one?
  • Who is your Internet Service Provider?
  • Are you playing via Ethernet or Wi-fi?
  • Is this happening after every game after your first one or only some of them?
