I've been playing without problems for the last 2 weeks, since last night I got this error and I can't play.



I have tried all the recommendations in the support section and I continue without being able to play.

The only strange thing that could happen is that I forced the shutdown of windows shortly after closing the game, maybe some files were not synchronized with the cloud and they have been corrupted, I don't know.

I have verified the integrity of the files, reinstalled the game several times, the uplay launcher, deleted the files from the "savegames" folder, started both the game and the launcher in administrator mode.

I don't know what else to do, I would like a solution soon. It's frustrating paying for a game and not being able to play it.

Hey iSN4KE, welcome to the forums, and thanks for posting about this crash you're having. I'll be happy to advise you.

You've already done the verifying the game files from our troubleshooting guide, but please also make sure to update your graphics drivers and operating system.

If that doesn't work, please get in touch with us via one of our direct channels, where we'll be able to talk you through how to use system files to diagnose issues. Any of the links below would work fine
