[2020] [Crash/Freeze]High CPU usage and constant crashing

I am experiencing a lot of issues with seige, while playing the game my CPU is at 100% and this is not the case for any of my other games, I also experience crashing a lot recently but the issues have been ongoing for a while.
I've tried changing settings and launching in Vulcan, capping my FPS and none of these have done anything.

My specs are
CPU: Ryzen 3600 OC 4.2Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte OC 5700XT
RAM: Corsair RGB PRO White 3200mhz 16GB
PSU: Corsair CX 650M

Any help with this issue would be amazing, I can't figure out why it is pulling so much from my CPU and i figure this is probably what is causing the crashing issues?

Yeah i have just tried this, I actually think it is affecting my cpu to the point of frying it due to some terroring in games now. I have tried to trouble shoot this but it is only happening when playing seige.
