Hello, I hope you are doing well. I was queuing for a ranked game and I disconnected during the ban phase due to an internet connection issue. I have been trying to reconnect to the match for more than 30 minutes, but it just keeps saying reconnecting. I canceled the reconnecting and pressed it again. The same thing happen. The ranked match ended and it still says reconnecting. I lost mmr and got 30 minute ban for this. Please help me with this issue. Everytime I try to rank up I encounter a problem. I was silver but I dropped down to bronze. In almost every single match in bronze, there is a problem of some sort. a teammate leaves mid game in almost every match. There are tons of smurfs in bronze who should be plat or diamond which makes the ranked system kind of not true. Also, people tk in bronze, and they play like they don't care at all. I am just trying to rank up, but its so frustrating. Please help!

Hey there. Welcome to the forums!

Those penalties are issued server side by an automated system and unfortunately cannot be overturned. For more information, please see this article:

If however you are regularly experiencing connection issues like this please let us know and we'd be happy to investigate further.
