So recently, I've bought Rainbow Six: Siege (Deluxe Edition) on PC through the Ubisoft store. It was on-sale and I had just made the switch to PC, so I thought - "Why not?" I made sure that I was using the same Ubisoft account that I purchased the game with through the store. Upon downloading the launcher, Ubisoft Connect, I proceeded to log in to the EXACT same account I bought the game with. To verify, the profile picture, account level, etc. were the exact same, on the website and the launcher.

As a side note - on the website, when I view my order history, it gives me my order details: order number, purchase date, game name, etc., as it normally would after purchasing a game through the store. When I look in the order history through the launcher, 2 things occur: 1) It states that the Ubisoft store is down or 2) It says my order history is empty, which isn't what it's telling me on the Ubisoft website.

I've filed a support case a little while back regarding this issue, and it has been a long time with no reply. That is why I'm here, trying to see if anyone can help with my issue.

Hey SLabonville, sorry for the delayed reply, there was a delay in purchased games being pushed to players accounts which was taking longer than the usual 24 hours.

I have checked your case number and can see the team messaged you back to say that your game should now be available in your library, sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay friend!
