My problem is not something light either, I literally can't open the r6s since 13 December. Can you help me or make your support answer me Ubisoft? The ticket case number is 17517899.

Not to forget my steam player support link https://steamcommunity.com/app/359550/discussions/1/5675129542130055619/ where 2 of your so-called developers came up with the most stupid solutions and useless bits of advice like file a ticket or go to the r6fix.
Your player support either is total garbage or someone in your staff is targeting me not to get my problem fixed. I can't play the game and can't get support, but you get my 60 dollars just fine.. What a company.

Hey there @this_game I am sorry for the delay in our specialists getting to review your case. I can assure you that any wait is not due to being targeted in any way; however there can sometimes be a delay with higher-than-normal contact volume. I was able to locate your case and it is still open, so you will receive a reply as soon as possible. I did take a peek at the files you uploaded for us and do have some additional recommendations in the meantime!

  • There is one more Game-Ready driver release recently for your graphics card. I know you mention making sure your GPU was up to date before reaching, but could you test to see if the newer update (Version 528.02) has any improvement?
  • If your game or either game client are installed to the drive dedicated to being a Microsoft Storage Space I'd advise to move those off of the MSS and onto one of your other drives (such as the C drive).
