[2021] Transaction Failed - Alpha Packs

I believe your issue is slightly different to the one posted here so I will move this out of the thread.

If you are unable to purchase any item in the game and receive a 'Transaction Failed' message, this has been affecting players for the past few days and we are getting in more reports now.

I'm afraid this wouldn't be possible. Apologies for any inconvenience caused whilst we're working on getting this resolved.
