My game just crashes on ps4 and there's nothing I can do, it completely ruins my console and I have to power off and restart and I get punished for abandoning when I did nothing wrong and this issue makes the game literally unplayable... do better ubisoft

I have some recommendations to see if we can get this resolved,
Just to make sure all bases are covered, @NikolasS54, run through the steps in this basic technical troubleshooting guide as well as those in our basic connectivity troubleshooting guide. (This isn't implying anything is wrong with your internet, just making sure you're working with the best communication between you and the game.)
I'd like you to run through the same steps @croken717 but I've also included technical and connection troubleshooting for the PlayStation 5 depending on which generation you're playing on.
