[2020] Permanently Banned

Also, there is no way for me to cheat in a game that I barely play for nearly a year. I'd really like to have an unban for my account. I have contacted Ubisoft Support but they saying that I am CHEATING and it is Indisputable for my case. I have tried contact BE support as they suggested me to do but BE doesn't respond!
I am really frustrated about this.

Ye, thanks for the reply. The problem is I don't even know what I did to let BE saying me cheating. Ubisoft Support told me to contact BE support for this ban lift. But BE never gives me a reply. I understand you can't share more info on my game data but what the hell this is. This is my only account and played for a lot of time. I also don't know how the team investigate because all I did was just one casual game 20 days ago.
