Hi,
This is for Rainbow Six Siege. When i am connected to wifi via wifi adapter, the game loads and i am able to play it. When i disconnect wifi and connect RJ45 ethernet to my pc, the game crashes at "Validating and updating playlists and properties". RJ45 ethernet gives full 100/100 Mbps speed but wifi give 50/50. Can you help fix this?

Hey there guys,

Thank you for reporting this, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues running the game!

For us to assist, can you please confirm the following;
- Does this happen when launching with both Vulkan and DirectX?
- Do receive ay error messages when crashing?

Can you please all also make sure you've given the steps in this guide a try as they're designed for this very scenario!

Thank you!

I am inclined to believe that something has changed in the game on the server-side in the last 2 weeks that is causing these crashes for me and 2 of my squadmates. I am also sure this is the case for many others. In any case, I will wait for the update today and clean install the game before trying again. Will get back.
Hey THW-VBG, thanks for the update there!

Should issue remain after you do so, let us know and we will need to look into the matter further to be able to identify what may be triggering this to occur.

Keep us informed!
