I had purchased the year 7 pass at the start of it and haven gotten the season 4 battle pass. This is the second time I've sent this report how has this not been fixed. Here's some images so you can see that I own it but don't have the battle pass.

We have an investigation currently ongoing regarding players not receiving the Season 4 Battle Pass when owning the Year 7 Pass.
A fix is planned for a future patch, but the date of this has not yet been confirmed.
