Hello,ON August 12, I saw Ubi club challenge on uplay Named "Morpheus Event " which is to destroy 15 attacker's drone on M.U.T.E. Protocol Event. I completed the challenge and collected reward as usual but never received the charm . Charm name is "Marching Neon" which I didnot receive even after restarting the game several times and even waiting a whole night and starting the game on the next afternoon.

Here are the images is 2, I mentioned 1 problem before but after that new ubi club challenge came out "Lahori Gate Challenge" for the "INDIAN PEAFOWL" charm I completed it like before I didnot receive the charm it says collected I gave you images for this problem and the previous one.Another thing UBI client never did this to me only recently it is happening I think devs should have a look at that too.I apologize if there is any mistake from my part,this is my first time

I reviewed both images and have now added both rewards to your inventory, so restart the game when you get a chance and let me know if you can locate it
