I still have not gotten my twitch drops yet, I got silver charm over a week ago and I watched just about all of the NA major (which I did the math for and it was about 26 hours of stream according to the schedule) I've seen other people getting replies where a ubisoft support staff tells them how many hours they have logged, I should have around or over 30 because I only afked when I had to go do chores, and other than that it was always on and i was always watching and/or listening. It would really suck if I don't get credit for the hours watched.

When the EU major ended I had all the charms from copper to gold. After that I collected an overall 35+ hours of watchtime on streams. After almost 2 weeks I recently got the diamond charm, but i still didnt get the platinum one. How is that possible and do I have a chance to get that one too?
