I'm sorry to hear that you had issues redeeming your charms. Our team pushed an update last Wednesday that fixed it for some players. Could you please confirm if it's still an issue in your games?

If you have crossplay enabled and play Siege on a number of platforms, you may find some items missing from your game, This is currently under investigation in our main cross-progression pinned thread > https://discussions.ubisoft.com/topic/182158/cross-progression-has-not-synched-progress-correctly-post-here/145?lang=en-US
