[2020] Receiving less MMR after placements

I was placed in gold 3, I got decent mmr first 3 games after placement around 70-80, but after 3 games I started getting 25 , 31,32,31 .
I have only played 10 games after placement and I am receiving very less mmr , please fix

Hey,

Your MMR gains is based on your performance in the team it is based on your performance against other skilled players.

There's no standard amount of how much MMR you should be getting.
