[2020] Permanently Banned

I was loading into a ranked match in a group with friends before I could even get in I got banned by Battle Eye without cheating and when I tried to reconnect I got error code
4-0xFFF0BCD0 when the match ended I got an abandonment penalty and lost MMR but didn't get permanently banned this bug has been happening for a while to other people and happened to me last month I would just like to know if it would be possible to get the MMR back since i couldn't join back even though I never wanted to abandon match
