After completing this week's new Navy Seal Enlisted Training Grounds Challenge a few hours ago, I clicked on the "Claim" button for that item in the weekly challenges section in Ubisoft Connect. An error message appeared underneath indicating that the action could not be completed at this time, but to try again later. I then logged out of Ubisoft Connect. After logging back in, the status of the reward changed to "claimed". Upon launching the game, however, the 250 renown was not credited to my total. Please investigate.

It's possible it is coming through with a delay, but we can look into it for you.
