CPU: Ryzen 7 3800x
GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER
M/B: MSI B450 Tomohawk Max
RAM: 16GB DDR4 @ 3600Mhz
Monitor: MSI OPTIX MAG271C
Geforce Experience is uninstalled.
All drivers are up to date.
Windows 10 Pro, R6, and Nvidia Control Panel all set to 144fps. V-sync is turned off. R6 is set to be controlled by RTX2070 SUPER
I had the same issue on my previous computer. However, that same computer had a second copy of R6 (from Steam) that would run at 150+ fps with no problems. Whenever I would launch the coy of R6 from Uplay, it would be stuck at 30fps.
Now, on my new computer, there is only one copy of R6 installed and it is the Uplay copy. I downloaded and installed the game today and it was running at 150+fps for 2 minutes unitl the game crashed and now it is stuck at 30fps.
