[2020] Unable to re-receive fan kits

Thank you for getting in touch about this. What happens when you try to download the fan kits? Are you getting any errors at all?

If possible could you provide a screenshot of what you see?

Hi BoondoggleLimp, just a quick update to this situation -

We recently made a post about this in our Ubisoft Connect part of the forums and our Ubisoft Connect Twitter account.

This forum post specifically mentions missing Rainbow Six Siege content, here -

(The TLDR is that these missing rewards should be back in your inventory, in 1 weeks time)

Unfortunately in regards to your fan kits, I am not sure at this moment if this will be made available again through the new Connect interface, as these files had to be downloaded personally from the website and was not automatically pushed to players accounts after redemption. Hopefully we will be able to update players on this via the link provided if there is enough demand for them?

Which fan kits were you hoping to replace specifically? Were these wallpapers of any kind or social media packages?
