[2021] [Performance]FPS Drops since Y6S1

Hey ceresz, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about the issue you're having.

First and foremost - I can confirm that this is something that has been brought up to our development team, however we did have difficulties with reproducing this and FPS appear to be as per usual, so in order to get a better idea of what may be causing this, I have created a case for you, which you can access by doing the following:

1. Visit our support website
2. Login to your account
3. At the top right corner, click the drop-down menu and select 'My cases'
4. Once redirected, click on 14460064
5. Provide description of the issue as well as upload your system files (DxDiag and MsInfo) as well as your GameSettings.ini document, which you can locate in 'My Documents' game folder.
6. Once done, let us know!

In the meantime, if you haven't already, you may want to try to lower your graphics settings to see if it makes any difference and also, some player suggested that they achieved higher FPS when running the game with Vulkan API, so just something to bear in mind.

Secondly I already lowered all the settings and tried Vulkan as well but nothing changed.

Hmm, in that case, can you right click on your GameSettings.ini file > Send to > Compress Zip file, and try uploading it again. Once that's done, we will be able to forward this over to our game team who will be attempting to reproduce the issue.

Hey Smoothy, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this. Can you advise us if you're using Vulkan or DX API? Also, if you haven't already, try completing steps outlined in the following article first, and let us know whether problem persists.

I had a similar problem as some of you guys. The last nvidia driver update or the crimson heist update caused my game to only deliver about 90 FPS with my 3060ti. Investigating a little, I found the solution for my case. Geforce Experience or the game update applied some new settings to my game, and the render scaling was set to 100. 100 means the game renders in the highest possible resolution (4 or 8k I think) although I only play on a 1080p monitor. Dropping the value down to 25, my game now renders in native 1080p and my FPS are up again! If you haven't checked this in your game settings it is worth taking a look at it.
