I recently updated to the new High Caliber season and was initially stuck on the losing with all a few of the operators. After uninstalling and reinstalling the game I was able to get to the warning screen. I was am now in stuck on the screen with it saying you are trying to connect to Ubisoft servers. My internet is fine, I am ran multiple test, and I restarted my console multiple times, I am on Xbox. I am constantly seeing post about the new season and was really excited to play due to new content. I really hope the issue can be resolved quickly.

I see you already did some troubleshooting, but could you make sure you've completed all the steps in this article? This should address a number of possible causes for this issue.

If the issue persists at that point, please open up a ticket on our support site and include a screenshot of your console IP and your forwarded ports. A member of the team will review the situation and get back to you soon.
