I play on PC my player ID is W.D_GATSER. Was playing unranked and my game crashed and I got a 1 one day ban. I was like ok that's fine, thing happen. But today I was playing unranked game crashed again and now I have a 2 day ban. I sent a crash report but still got banned. Was wondering if I can get suspension revoked. Please.

@w-d_gatser Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you experienced these crashes and subsequent bans. We're unable to remove any temporary bans, as they're issued server-side by an automated system. I do apologize for the frustration.

Can you please let me know if you got any specific error messages or codes when these crashes happened?

@w-d_gatser Thanks for the update! For the video you have, could you try uploading it as an unlisted video on Youtube and provide a link to it here? With the crashes happening, I would first check for any background applications that may be running along with Rainbow Six Siege that might be interfering with the game. After checking this out, I would also ensure that your graphic card drivers are updated. Finally, if you have tried these steps and have exhausted all steps from our guide here, please get in touch with us with a copy of your system files. While crash reports are sent to our team, these additional files will help take a deeper look into what might be causing these crashes.

At this point, I'd recommend that you reach out to our Support Team via our Support Website, Twitter DMs, or Facebook PMs with copies of your MSINFO and DXDiag and a description of the issue (you can even send a link to your post here). Once received, our teams will be able to look into this further with you.
