We can certainly help troubleshoot this for you. There are no known issues currently that could cause this to happen, so I'd like to learn a bit more.

Do you happen to notice when your loadouts reset? For example it may happen after every round/match, or perhaps only after a certain gamemode.

It could be related to a corrupt profile, which we can also troubleshoot

There are no exact things I can really base this happening on but I think it could be related to me logging in to my console account of siege to open the esport packs my pc account seems to reset after that but I’m not too sure if it’s just a coincidence or not.

Regarding the loadout being reset, as advised by Raziel it could be due to an issue with your profile. If you haven't already done so I'd recommend trying to create a new one. These steps explain how to do so, the article is for a different issue to yours primarily but the steps are the same.

On the E-Sports packs, these can be received any time up to around 48 hours after the last day of the current phase. So you should receive those by the end of today, if you haven't after this time open a support case with us and we'll investigate further for you.
