Had this problem since I returned playing this game Last Season (Y6S1), now it's even worse.
Last season I had to reboot the game every time to get a successful login to the server (circa 45 minutes to successfully connect to the server), and I had also sometimes the post-game problem with not gaining elo points because of the server connection.
Now I can't connect even in 1+ hour time.

Port forwarding did not resolve the issue.

Please try to uninstall your local DLC for Rainbow Six Siege and then reinstall and see if that helps resolve this connection error for you. Thank you!
