I tried to find a way to report, and found a lot of people like me who were recently banned
and Customer service told me that they tried to tell me the processing results within 48 hours, but after a week, there was no further news from my support case and Ubisoft support
I'm patient, but it's absolutely abnormal
My friend's case was solved in two days

I have looked into your account and tickets that were created. As there was only 1 ticket (12811397) posted in English, I have reopened that one and escalated it to our game team to look into the ban. We'll reply to you through that ticket once it has been. Thanks for your patience.
