I would like someone to help and here my problem is whenever I go to the store operators page to check out the operators, my game suddenly crashes after around a minute, once it crashed when I was going to the store page and was still loading up the store but I do not have a clip for that and it happened only once, but the crashing after a minute or so is very annoying, I cannot see which operator is better to buy. there is a clip of the game crashing, sorry if the video is stuttering while and lagging while in game, its because y pc is bad for gaming. In my yt its not laggy because i was using windows 10 bar to record, but after game crashing, that wont capture uplay.

When your game crashes, what happens if you launch the game and don't do anything? Does it still crash after a certain amount of time?

I would recommend the following -

Verify your game files in Uplay -

Make sure to be using the latest drivers for your GPU and Windows OS is updated.

Try a clean boot by disabling any background software that might be causing this crash also -
