While playing attacker in any game mode, when I scout with my drone the next round my audio stops working properly. The only fix that is working is restarting the game. Playing as a defender before the bug occurred the audio is perfectly fine, but when i switch to attacker after 1 round the sound cuts out other apps are working normally. The bug occurs ONLY when i scout with the drone for longer time. When I go in and i am instantly killed the sound is fine. Never had this issue before and I don`t know what could be the culprit of this I haven`t played this game for a while and I come up to this glitch which makes the game unplayable. So far i tried reinstalling the game from steam, verifying the game files reinstalling my drivers, changing the sound sample and bit depth and nothing is working except restarting the game!! Any help appreciated and sorry if this is a repost .

Hello Ros0583! I am sorry to hear that you are running into a bug with your drone when playing as an attacker. Thank you also for all of the troubleshooting steps you have already tried to resolve this! Would you be willing to capture a video clip of this for me the next time that it happens and provide me with the clip to help look into this for you? The best way to do this would be to upload the video to YouTube as an unlisted video and then provide me with the link. Thank you!

Hey Ros0583, welcome to forums and thanks for your response there!

I have watched the video footage you've sent and can see exactly what are you referring to.

So that we could address the matter further, we will need to have a closer look at your hardware, therefore if possible, could you do the following by any chance?

1. Visit our support website
2. Once there, login to your account and then click the top right drop-down menu and select 'My cases'
3. You will be redirected to another page. Select case 14817015
4. Provide description of your issue and also attach your system files (MsInfo and DxDiag) which will allow us to have a closer look at your situation and then take it from there

Additionally, can you possibly also clarify the following to us:

1. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?
2. How frequent is this issue? Are you dealing with it pretty much every single game or is it more rare?
3. Did you notice whether it possibly occurs only in certain maps?
4. Do you use WiFi or LAN connection?

Let us know and we will then take it from there.

Should you happen to have any questions in the meantime, let us know!
