Recently I have noticed I have no gained any Renown, EXP or Battle points, instead of getting the usual screen showing me how much I received, I got a message reading: "Please wait while we synchronize your data.". I have had seen the exact screen before but I always had my rewards whenever I went into the main menu, so I thought nothing of it, I kept playing for around 2 hours when I was about to close the game it said I was still level 29. This is an issue that is blocking me from trying to play ranked. Without facing this problem I would have been around level 40 - 50. If there is any solution to this problem please tell me. Sorry to hear you've been impacted by this!
This issue is currently being looked into.
In the meantime, we advise restarting the game as in some instances, rewards are then later added.
