Since people seem to get more replies in the forum than they do support I thought I should post my issue here as well. I keep crashing after the "Press Any Key" prompt in game. These are the steps I took to try and fix the problem.

I attempted to launch my game with no changes made whatsoever to my PC. Crashed after entering game menus but before background loaded.

After; flashing my BIOS, updating my chipset and NVDIA drivers, and updating Windows I once again attempted to open the game. Crash.

I re-installed both U-play and Seige, uninstalled Valorant and Riot Vanguard then restarted my PC. I attempted to open the game multiple times.

I ran the game in compatibility mode for Windows 8, and at a lowered resolution setting of 1280x1024 + windowed and I managed to load into the game.

Once I go to settings and attempt to bump up the resolution however, the game crashes. Would love to hear any suggestions or back from Ubisoft Support where I included my MS Info and DX Diag files

Other steps taken:
Running, Steam, Uplay, and Siege as admin
Disabling Cloud Sync and Overlay
Deleting Cache files

Hey, Zephoxz!

Welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear of your crashing issue with Siege. Thank you for the extensive troubleshooting that you have tried so far.

Can I ask are you using any anti-virus software?

Additionally, can you also provide us with your system files. You can see how to do this here.

Thank you.

Hey Zephoxz,

I realise you are using our support site, hope they are able to help you with this issue.

In case you come back to this post, you mentioned you use Windows Defender, could you make sure Siege is whitelisted in Windows Defender settings so it doesnt see it as a threat.

As well as this, if you run Task Manager, then go to start up programs and look to see if there are any programs you can disable that may be running in the background causing crashes, then restarting your computer without those programs running, this is known as a clean boot.

Do you happen to use any game overlays that maybe causing the game to crash?

Let me know how you get on with support.
