In Ubisoft Connect I have no voice chat settings, which means I have no voice chat causing issues in the games I play, i have found no solutions to this anywhere on the web and I have no parental controls enabled on my account. What can i do to fix this?

Ubisoft Connect does not currently offer a voice chat option. If you wish to use a voice chat, it would have to be configured through the game itself, so for example through Rainbow Six Siege or another game with a party system. You'll have to do the configuration on a per-game basis.
