Hello! I know disconnection issues can be incredibly frustrating, I'm sorry to hear this happened to you during a match.

To try and understand what happened, I'd like to ask some questions -

- Was the kick sudden, or did your ping raise very high first?
- Do you happen to know if other players were affected?
- Does this often happen to you since Operation Shadow Legacy, or was this an individual occurrence?
