[2022] Missing content?

So, upon receiving all my console stuff, I had a ridiculous amount of esports packs, (114) so I immediately opened all of them, the battle points I got from them levelled me up to 61 in the battle pass, so I bought the premium pass and I only just noticed that I have no tokens, so I can only unlock the starter bundle despite being level 61, not sure what to do here? also my operators from console didn't convert over, not sure if that's been disclosed already but thought i'd mention it. Hopefully support reads this.

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with insufficient tokens. We've received similar reports from players already and our team is currently investigating it.

In some cases, the tokens may simply be delayed. Have you managed to receive them now? Sometimes completing a match or restarting the game will sync them up correctly. Please also let us know if you've managed to sync up the missing operators too!

For seasonal charms, we can only investigate these if they are either part of the current or previous season.

Please note, this may be related to an ongoing issue with cross-progression if you play the game on more than one platform.
