[2022] [XBOX] Newcomer-Lobby: Searching forever?

Hi,
i bought the game yesterday on my Xbox and i start playing it.
But it takes 10-30 Minutes (!!!) to find a newcomer-game…

Normal Unranked needs 1-2 Minutes, but newcomer takes forever.

I dont believe that there are not enough players for newcomer, i mean you need 10 to start a game.

Questions:

  1. Any fix for that?
  2. Is this the same on Playstation?


My Xbox & Network is setup correctly (Open NAT), ever other games works.

Edit: I asked other players and they have the same problem with newcomer-games…

Sorry to hear about these longer queue times you've been seeing when playing specific game modes.

So that we can investigate this issue further, would you be able to tell us:

  • Do you consistently see longer wait times, similar to your initial report, across different play sessions?
  • Your current region?
  • The time of day that you're seeing these waiting times?
