Hello everyone,
I am writing this as a fix for the cross progression bug where not everything is transferred across ps4 and pc. I wrote a ticket a month ago and ubi didn't reply so I thought I would help you guys. Assuming that you want all your stuff on pc and the accounts have been merged correctly, If you are still missing items from your ps4 like I was I am going to describe a solution that helped me below:
1.Download Rainbow six siege on your Ps4
2.Below the game icon on your ps4 go to the playstation store tab and select "Your Add-Ons"
3.Download any dlc's that you have bought for the game.
4. Launch rainbow six siege on the ps4
5.Go to the operators tab and check if you have the skins
I hope this was helpful. I got a good chunk of my skins back with this, including y1 pro league sets so I hope you guys get your stuff back too. I also want to mention my disappointment for ubisoft support , as they purposefully dodging cases that have to do with cross progression
